Installation steps and precautions of air shower room

As the core purification equipment in purification workshop, the installation accuracy of air shower room directly affects the purification effect and operation stability, so it is necessary to follow the standard process of positioning → basic treatment → assembly → electrical connection → sealing test → debugging, and control the key details at the same time.

First, the installation steps of the air shower room

On-site positioning and marking According to the layout of purification workshop, determine the installation position of the air shower room, and ensure that the air shower room is facing the access opening of the clean area and the unclean area, and the installation direction is consistent with the passage direction of personnel/materials. Use chalk line to pop up the installation outline of air shower room, and mark the fixed point of anchor bolt or expansion bolt.

Foundation treatment and leveling Clean up the ground in the installation area to ensure that the ground is smooth, free of sundries and cracks. If the ground flatness error exceeds 5mm, cement mortar should be used for leveling; For the heavy cargo shower room, the concrete foundation should be poured in advance, and the bearing capacity of the foundation should meet the weight requirements of the equipment to prevent the deformation of the equipment caused by the later ground settlement. Drill holes at fixed points and embed expansion bolts or anchor bolts.

Equipment assembly and fixing

Small single-person double-blowing air shower rooms are mostly integrated, so the equipment can be directly lifted to the installation position by forklift or crane, the levelness can be adjusted (measured with a level meter, the horizontal deviation is ≤3mm), and then the bolts can be tightened and fixed.

The large cargo shower room or multi-person shower room is separated from the factory. It is necessary to assemble the frame first, and then install the door panel, air shower nozzle, fan box and high-efficiency filter in turn. When assembling, ensure that the joints of all components are aligned to avoid excessive gaps.

When the electrical system is connected to the power cord of the air shower room by a professional electrician, it must match the rated power of the equipment, and a grounding protection device must be installed to prevent leakage. Connect intelligent control system (such as infrared induction switch, interlock device, air shower time controller), check whether the line is unobstructed, and ensure that the induction device can accurately trigger the air shower program.

The seal and door frame shall be adjusted at the joint between the air shower room and the ground and wall, filled with sealant or equipped with sealing strip to prevent air leakage. Adjust the front and rear doors of the air shower room to ensure that the door body can be opened and closed smoothly, and the interlocking function is normal (the front and rear doors cannot be opened at the same time).

No-load test run: turn on the power supply, start the air shower room, and check whether the fan runs smoothly, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the air from the nozzle is uniform, and the wind speed should reach more than 25m/s..

Function test: Test the functions such as infrared induction, air shower timing and interlock protection, to ensure that the air shower will be started automatically after sensing people, and will stop automatically after the timing is over, and the door on the clean area side cannot be opened before the air shower is completed.

Second, the air shower room installation matters needing attention

The installation environment requires that the installation area should be far away from vibration sources (such as large fans and air compressors) to avoid noise or damage to components due to resonance during equipment operation; At the same time, it should be far away from humid and corrosive gas areas to prevent short circuit of electrical system and corrosion of equipment shell.

Installation points of high-efficiency filter The high-efficiency filter is the core component of the air shower room. Before installation, it is necessary to remove the outer packaging and check whether the filter material is damaged. When installing, ensure that the gasket between the filter and the box body is tight and seamless, so as to prevent unfiltered air from entering the air shower channel and affecting the purification effect. It is forbidden to touch the surface of filter material with bare hands to avoid pollution.

Interlocking device debugging The interlocking function of the front and rear doors of the key air shower room is the key to protect the clean area from pollution, and it needs to be tested repeatedly during debugging: when the door of the unclean area is opened, the door of the clean area cannot be opened; When the air shower procedure is not completed, the clean area door cannot be unlocked. If the interlock fails, it is necessary to check the electromagnetic lock or control system in time and put it into use after troubleshooting.

Reserved maintenance space The fan box and filter side of the air shower room shall be reserved with a maintenance space of ≥500mm, so as to facilitate the later replacement of filters and maintenance of fans and electrical components, and avoid maintenance difficulties caused by insufficient space.

Construction protection requires that the clean area should be well protected during installation, and the construction personnel should wear clean clothes to avoid dust pollution to the clean workshop; After the installation, clean up the residual sealant, screws and other sundries on site in time to keep the clean area clean and tidy.

Compliance acceptance After installation and debugging, it is necessary to test the wind speed, sealing and purification efficiency of the air shower room to ensure that it meets the requirements of Code for Design of Clean Factory Buildings, and at the same time, archive the installation drawings, debugging records and other materials to provide a basis for subsequent annual inspection.
