What details should I pay attention to when installing clean doors and windows in purification workshop?
The core of installing clean doors and windows in purification workshop is to ensure sealing, adapt to clean environment and conform to industry norms. The details need to be controlled from three stages: preparation before installation, construction process, acceptance and commissioning, as follows:
Prepare details before installation
Size recheck: accurately measure the length, width and height of the door opening and window opening according to the design drawings, and the error should be controlled within ±2mm. If the size of the hole deviation is too large, cement mortar leveling or hole expansion should be carried out first to avoid the gap between doors and windows being too large after installation due to the size discrepancy.
Material inspection: confirm whether the material of clean doors and windows meets the requirements. 304/316 stainless steel is preferred for doors and frames, and the observation window should be made of double-layer hollow tempered glass (light transmittance ≥85%). At the same time, check whether the sealing strip is made of aging-resistant and non-shedding silica gel, so as to avoid using inferior rubber strip which is easy to produce dust.
Environmental cleaning: clean the dust, sundries and loose concrete blocks around the hole to ensure that the installation base surface is flat and firm. If the installation area is a clean area, dust protection should be done in advance, and the construction personnel should wear clean clothes and use dust-free tools.
Installation and construction details
Specification for fixing method: Use expansion bolts or chemical anchor bolts to fix the door frame, with bolt spacing ≤500mm, and avoid the position of door and window seams. It is forbidden to use welding for fixing (the sealing strip is easy to be damaged at high temperature). After fixing, use a spirit level to correct the verticality and levelness of the door frame, and the deviation is less than or equal to ≤1.5mm/m/m, so as to prevent the door body from tilting and causing the switch to be blocked or the seal to fail.
Key points of sealing treatment: Polyurethane foaming agent should be filled in the joints between door frames, walls and floors. After the foaming agent is cured, the redundant parts should be cut off, and then neutral silicone sealants should be used to ensure that there are no gaps and bubbles in the joints. Double sealing strips shall be installed on the joint surface between the door leaf and the door frame to ensure that the gap between the doors is ≤0.1mm after closing, so as to prevent air leakage.
Installation of hardware fittings: hinges, door locks and door closers made of stainless steel are selected. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the fittings are firmly connected with the door leaf and door frame, and the strength of the door closers is moderately adjusted, so that the door leaf is closed stably without rebound and the sealing strip is prevented from being deformed due to impact. For clean doors with interlocking function, it is necessary to install electromagnetic locks and induction devices simultaneously to ensure the normal interlocking logic (one door cannot be opened when the other door is opened).
Key points of window installation: after the window frame is fixed, the gap between glass and window frame should be filled with sealing tape, and the outer layer should be sealed with sealant to prevent condensation or dust infiltration. Windows should be designed to be unopened or hung at a small angle to avoid introducing a large number of external pollutants when opened at a large angle.
Acceptance and debugging details
Sealing test: after closing the doors and windows, use smoke generator or paper strip to test the sealing performance of the doors and windows. If smoke leaks or the paper strip floats, it is necessary to readjust the sealing strip or correct the door frame. At the same time, the pressure difference between the workshop should be tested. After closing the doors and windows, the pressure difference between the clean area and the unclean area should be stabilized at 10-20Pa, with no obvious fluctuation.
Function test: repeatedly open and close the door for more than 50 times to check whether the door body is smooth and the door closer is reliable; Test the interlock device and emergency unlocking function (the door can be opened manually when power is cut off) to ensure the smooth evacuation of people in emergency.
Cleaning and protection: after installation, wipe the surfaces of doors and windows with a dust-free cloth to remove glue marks and dust, so as to prevent residual pollutants from entering the clean area. Stick protective film on the surface of doors and windows to prevent the stainless steel surface from being scratched in the subsequent construction.
Other precautions
The opening direction of clean doors and windows should conform to the direction of people flow and logistics. Usually, the door of clean area is opened to the side of clean area, which is convenient for maintaining pressure difference.
Avoid opening holes or installing other equipment near doors and windows to prevent damage to the structure and sealing of doors and windows.
After the installation is completed, the material inspection report and seal test record of doors and windows shall be kept as the data basis for purification workshop's acceptance.
