A, daily maintenance (per shift/every day)

Clean internal and external surfaces

Wipe the door, inner wall, nozzle and bottom plate with neutral cleaner, without dust, oil and water stains.

Check the door and interlock function.

Double doors should be able to close normally, but not open at the same time (stop immediately for repair if interlock fails).

Door seal is intact, without deformation and air leakage.

Check the fan and shower effect.

Start the air shower and listen to the sound of the fan: no abnormal noise or vibration.

Feel that the air from each nozzle is even and powerful, and there is no wind blockage or deviation.

Clean the floor/air return.

Clean up the sundries, hairs and dust at the bottom to prevent the return air passage from being blocked.

Check the filter screen of the air return port in each shift, and clean up the dirt in time.

Second, weekly maintenance

Cleaning the primary filter

Take out the primary filter, clean it with clean water/neutral detergent, dry it and put it back.

Replace it directly if it is deformed, damaged or blocked seriously.

Clean the nozzle completely.

Wipe/clean the nozzle hole to ensure no dust or blockage.

Check the circuit and wiring.

Third, monthly maintenance

Check the high efficiency filter (HEPA)

Observe the wind: the wind power is obviously smaller, the blowing time is longer, and the pressure difference in the workshop is lower, indicating that the resistance of the high efficiency filter is larger.

Conditional differential pressure gauge can be used to judge, and it will be replaced if it exceeds the standard.

Lubrication of door shaft and hinge

Give a small amount of lubricating oil to the hinge and door shaft, and the switch will be smooth and sound-free.

Check the induction/control system

Infrared sensing, automatic door closing and shower timing functions are normal.

Replace the primary filter

After cleaning for many times, it becomes thinner, deformed and leaks dust, and it is directly replaced with a new one.
